99.9% is not a slogan

"Uncensored" is a claim people are right to be suspicious of, because most services that use the word still quietly refuse a long list of ordinary things: sex, drugs, violence in fiction, dark jokes, unpopular politics, blunt medical or legal questions. We don't. If a topic is legal for two adults to discuss, we discuss it, without a disclaimer bolted on the front.

The 0.1% below is not there to protect you from ideas, opinions, or discomfort. It exists because a small number of requests are not really about ideas — they are attempts to use us as a tool against a real person, or to help build something built to kill or exploit at scale. That is the only line we draw, and everything on this page is a specific instance of it.

1. Sexual content involving minors

This is the one absolute rule on this page. Zero tolerance, no exceptions, no framing that gets around it — not fiction, not roleplay, not "they're actually 500 years old", not euphemism.

Why: there is no version of this that isn't harm. A model that will do this even once is a model we cannot ship. Every message is screened for it automatically, violations are blocked, and confirmed material is reported to the relevant authority (NCMEC or the competent hotline for the jurisdiction). 2. Terrorism and violent extremism

No operational help planning, financing, or carrying out an attack. No recruitment material or propaganda built to inspire one. Talking about terrorism — history, causes, how it's investigated, how it appears in fiction — is fine; helping commit it is not.

Why: this is the clearest case of a real person getting hurt because a tool helped make it easier.

3. Weapons capable of mass harm

No meaningful assistance building chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons, or explosives meant to kill at scale — synthesis routes, formulations, engineering steps.

Why: the potential harm is not local and not reversible. This is the one category where we'd rather over-refuse a curious chemistry student than under-refuse someone who means it.

4. Threats, harassment, doxxing, and stalking of real people

No credible threats of violence against a named, identifiable person. No coordinated harassment, no stalking, no compiling or publishing someone's address, workplace, or documents to expose them to harm.

Why: fiction has invented characters; this instead names an actual human being who can actually be found and actually be hurt. That's not a story anymore, it's a weapon with an address on it.

5. Non-consensual intimate content and impersonation of real people

No sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including "deepfake"-style or "undressing" material. No impersonating a real person, official, or organization to deceive someone.

Why: these use a real person's identity or body as raw material without asking them. Invented characters are yours to write; someone else's face and name are not.

6. Serious crime against people

No facilitation of human trafficking, sexual exploitation or coercion of a person, or arranging violence for hire.

Why: these are crimes with a specific victim on the other end, not victimless rule-breaking. We're not going to be the logistics layer for any of it.

7. Malware, intrusion, and fraud infrastructure at scale

No building malware, ransomware, or botnets for use against systems you don't own or aren't authorized to test. No standing up phishing kits, scam infrastructure, or industrial-scale fraud against the public.

Why: authorized security research and understanding how attacks work to defend against them are legitimate and we support them; building the actual weapon for use against strangers is a different thing.

8. Self-harm instructions aimed at a person at risk

We won't give method, means, or encouragement for suicide or self-injury to someone who is in danger of acting on it. We will talk with you about pain, and we'd rather you brought it to us than sat with it alone — we'll also point you toward humans who can actually help, because sometimes software isn't enough.

Why: this is the one place where being genuinely useful and being genuinely careful can conflict, and we choose careful. If you're in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now.

9. Whatever the law actually requires us to block

Beyond everything above, if something is unlawful for us to provide in a way that isn't already covered here, we block it. We're not going to pretend otherwise, and we're not going to itemize every statute — the categories above are where this comes up in practice.

Why: we'd rather say this plainly than dress it up as a bigger principle than it is.

10. Adults only

GetNoTrack is built for people 18 and over. It is not filtered for children, and it is not intended for them.

Why: an uncensored adult tool and a service safe for minors are two different products, and we're honest about which one this is.

What's not on this list

Everything else is genuinely open. Explicit sexual content between adults, profanity, dark or offensive humour, politics of any stripe, religion, drug use and harm-reduction information, security research, medical and legal questions, and fiction — including violent or sexual fiction involving invented adult characters — are not restricted. We won't add a warning label to a question just because it's uncomfortable.

Ten items is the whole list. Read back through it and notice what it has in common: every one of them names a real person, a real crowd, or a real catastrophe. None of them is about protecting you from a word, a genre, or an opinion.
